Local Tech Pros Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

- Any affiliated landing pages
- Any Google Business Profile, Google Local Services profile, or similar listing
- Any social media page or profile
- Any third-party directory listing
- Any paid advertisement or digital campaign
- Any phone number, SMS channel, or chat interface associated with the brand

Operator Disclosure
For privacy and operational security purposes, ownership details and internal corporate structure are not publicly displayed across website pages, online listings, or advertising profiles.
Full legal contracting entity information is disclosed in writing at the time of booking confirmation, invoicing, or service agreement prior to payment processing.
No Guarantee of Service
Use of any Platform channel does not create a binding contract.
A binding service agreement is formed only upon:
- Written estimate, invoice, or work order, and
- Identification of the contracting entity in such documentation, and
- Acceptance by the customer.
The Platform reserves the right to decline, ignore, or cancel inquiries at its sole discretion.
Independent Service Providers

- Directly by the contracting entity disclosed at booking, or
- By independent affiliated providers operating under separate legal entities.
Independent providers are not employees or agents of the Platform unless explicitly stated in written documentation.
The Platform does not assume liability for the licensing status, insurance, professional compliance, or conduct of independent providers.
Communications Consent (Phone, SMS, Messaging, Chat)
By submitting your contact information or engaging via phone, SMS, chat, or any messaging channel, you expressly consent to receive communications from the Platform and/or affiliated providers, including:
- Phone calls
- Text messages (SMS/MMS)
- Emails
- Automated dialing systems
- Prerecorded or artificial voice or chat communications
These communications may relate to:

- Follow-ups

The Platform reserves the right to verify identity and decline service where fraud, spam, harassment, or non-legitimate activity is suspected.
Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to the contracting entity for the specific service at issue.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its operating entity, affiliates, and representatives from claims arising from:
- False or misleading information provided by you
- Misuse of the Platform
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or bad-faith inquiries
Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or related to:

- Communications through any channel
- Services arranged through the Platform
shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Texas.
You waive:
- The right to a jury trial
- The right to participate in a class action or class arbitration
Arbitration shall be governed by applicable federal and Texas law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Right of Refusal
